Your Guide to Ninja Van Experiences

Ninja Gamers Mobile is your party on wheels! Specifically, it is a customized 24ft trailer outfitted with the latest video game technology that comes directly to your event. The gamers style, climate-controlled, luxury interior features five 55″ LED screens each with the latest and greatest systems and games your kids want, Xbox Series X, PlayStation VR, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and more. Outside you’ll find two 50″ LED screens with an additional 8 playing stations when weather permits. It’s all equipped with the latest and most popular games…. Fortnite, Call of Duty, Mario Kart, Kirby, Madden, Just Dance, FIFA and much more!

We arrive at your location approximately 30 minutes early to park and setup. The Game Coach prepares the Game Trailer; and, when it’s ready, your guests are given a short introduction, the doors swing open and the party begins! The Game Coach is always on-hand to offer tips, handle requests and facilitate the fun. When it’s over, we simply shut down, pack up and drive off.

Additional hours may be booked, or an event may be extended, as long as it doesn’t pose a conflict with previously scheduled events.

Fortunately, our self-contained Ninja Gamers Mobile Trailer provides an awesome environment, rain or shine. However, we understand that sometimes things simply come up. If you must cancel a party, a full refund is given with at least 14 days’ notice. Any cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice forfeits deposit unless the party is rescheduled for a later date. Parties may only be rescheduled one time. Cancellations or changes to schedule within a week of the event are at the sole discretion of Ninja Gamers, LLC and may forfeit deposit.

Ninja Gamers Mobile Trailer services the greater Dallas, Texas area, in a 25-mile service area radius from zip code 75001. We can also service an area outside of the 25-mile radius, but must add a fuel surcharge fee when traveling to locations within that area.

1 – 25 miles: No surcharge
26 – 35 miles: $50 Travel Surcharge
36 – 45 miles: $70 Travel Surcharge
46 – 55 miles: $90 Travel Surcharge
56 – 65 miles: $120 Travel Surcharge

All reservations have a deposit 50% of the total of the event.
All events must be paid in full 48 hour before the event, or, in some cases, the remainder invoice balance may be collected prior to the start of the event.

The mobile video game trailer can handle 16 gamers comfortably inside and 8 outside (24 players).

Fun is our top priority, but appropriate game content is just as important. Our library of games can be customized to any age group or content level you prefer. Your Game Coach will discuss game options with you, but prior to your event, please check out our offerings on our game page, and determine, if necessary, what games will be restricted from play during the event. The ESR ratings are on the game covers, and on our game page you will find descriptions for each rating. If you have any questions about game ratings, please visit the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) website for the most accurate and up-to-date information. However, for any child six years old or younger, at least one parent or guardian must be present to help supervise such child.

Our Ninja Game Mobile Trailer requires clearance of approximately 65 feet in length (parking spaces), 12 ft. in height and 9′ ft. in width (width of a standard truck), reserved with cones or some type of marker. The trailer and truck, while they may block your driveway, will fit in front of most residential locations. The Ninja Game Mobile Trailer ideally needs a level area to ensure the best playing conditions, and for the safety of the guests, we prefer to pull up to a curb. When your residence isn’t an option, consider a local park. However, when choosing a location other than your residence, it’s your responsibility to obtain any necessary permits and/or authorizations for your locale prior to the event. To ensure your event begins on time, please have space allocated at least 30 minutes prior to your event’s start for proper set up. If space isn’t allocated at time of arrival, and as a result the party is delayed, party may not be extended if by doing so creates a conflict in schedule. Lastly, if we need to inspect the location prior to the day of your event, please let us know and we’ll do so.

Because the mobile video game trailer is self-contained, it can be setup almost anywhere there is ample level ground/parking. The video game trailer can easily be setup at homes, parks, businesses, pools, schools, sports fields, churches, community centers, etc.

The mobile video game trailer is a fully self-contained unit. It has its own generator on board that provides power to run all of the game systems. Therefore, Ninja Gamers Mobile does not need to use your home power system to run the games.

Ninja Gamers Mobile will provide a game technician/coach at each event to supervise gamers and all activities during the party or event, thereby keeping all gamers participating in the games, but any other entertainment provided by others at the party must be supervised by the host.

Parents are always welcome to join in the fun, but one of the great advantages of our Ninja Game Mobile Trailer is that it’s hosted by a trained Game Coach. Game Coaches have a passion for gaming and their job is to lend expert advice, motivate, and manage your party. Though parents are free to relax inside the house or visit with friends while the guests play, we require that one responsible adult remain on site for the duration of the event, and if there are players under the age of 6, at least one (1) adult accompany them in the trailer.

Because of the sensitive nature of the electronics inside the mobile video game trailer, no food, beverages, or chewing gum will be permitted inside the trailer.

You can serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or interrupt any party or reservation when alcohol is being consumed in the trailer.
Narcotic drugs of any kind will not be tolerated in or around the Ninja Gamers’ team.
Any illegal narcotics used in the trailer will result in the termination of the party immediately.

Ninja Gamers Mobile Trailer includes self-contained and insulated climate-controlled air-conditioning to keep gamers cool in hot weather and a heater to keep the gamers warm in cool weather.

We offer a large selection of the latest and greatest multi-player games for Xbox X, Ps5, Nintendo switch, Virtual Reality and more. We are constantly updating our library of games, so if you have a specific request, call us prior to your event, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

Yes, all reservations have deposit 50% of the total of the event. A valid credit card or debit card is required to book your reservation. 

The balance of the cost of the event is due 48 hours before the event date. If you are scheduling an event less than 1 week in advance, Ninja Gamers, LLC will require full payment for the cost of the event on the date of you make the reservation.

If due to unforeseen circumstances, Ninja Gamers Mobile Trailer is not available on the date of the event, Ninja Gamers, LLC will refund to you 100% of the prepaid cost for the event.

If you have paid the full cost of the event and you wish to postpone a prepaid event, if you notify us of your desire to postpone the event no later than 3 days prior to the date of the prepaid scheduled event, Ninja Gamers, LLC will use best efforts to accommodate you to a later available date no longer than 30 days from the original scheduled date. Ninja Gamers, LLC, at its sole discretion, will select the date for re-scheduled event.

In the event of severe weather (Snow, tropical storms, lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains) Ninja Gamers, LLC may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your event to guarantee the safety of the gamers and your guests.

inja Gamers, LLC nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to ground and below ground property or equipment resulting from a request by the client to position the mobile video game trailer in a specific location.

Ninja Gamers, LLC reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the mobile video game trailer resulting from the careless or willful damage by the client and/or the client’s guests.

Ninja Gamers, LLC or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
