    Your Guide to Ninja Van Experiences

    Your Party on Wheels!
    Ninja Mobile is a custom 24-foot gaming trailer packed with the latest video game technology and delivered directly to your event. Inside, the climate-controlled, luxury gaming lounge features five 55″ LED screens, each equipped with top systems including the Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, PlayStation VR, and Nintendo Switch.

    The fun extends outdoors with two 50″ LED screens and eight additional gaming stations. The trailer comes fully loaded with today’s most popular titles — Fortnite, Roblox, Call of Duty, Mario Kart, Kirby, Madden, Just Dance, FIFA, and many more!

    We arrive at your location approximately 30 minutes prior to your event to park and set up. Once the Game Coach has prepared the trailer, your guests will receive a brief introduction and overview, then the doors open — and the fun begins! Throughout the event, the Game Coach remains on-site to assist players, manage requests, and keep the excitement going. When the party ends, we shut down, pack up, and head out — no cleanup required!

    Our self-contained Ninja Gamers Mobile Trailer delivers an unforgettable experience, rain or shine. We understand that plans can change — cancellations made at least 14 days in advance qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will forfeit the deposit, unless the event is rescheduled for a later date. Events may be rescheduled once only. Cancellations or schedule changes made within 7 days of the event are at the sole discretion of Ninja Mobile Events, LLC and may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

    Ninja Mobile Trailer services the greater North Dallas, Texas area, in a 25-mile service area radius from zip code 75078. We can also service an area outside of the 25-mile radius, but must add a fuel surcharge fee when traveling to locations within that area.

    1 – 25 miles: No surcharge
    26 – 35 miles: $50 Travel Surcharge
    36 – 45 miles: $70 Travel Surcharge
    46 – 55 miles: $90 Travel Surcharge
    56 – 65 miles: $120 Travel Surcharge

    All reservations have a deposit 50% of the total of the event.
    All events must be paid in full 48 hour before the event, or, in some cases, the remainder invoice balance may be collected prior to the start of the event.

    The mobile video game trailer can handle 16 gamers comfortably inside and 8 outside (24 players).

    At Ninja Mobile, fun and safety go hand in hand. While we aim to deliver an unforgettable gaming experience, we also prioritize age-appropriate content. Our game library can be customized to match your preferred age group or content level.
    Before your event, pleaseindicate any games you’d like restricted from play. For more information about game ratings, please visit the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) website.

    To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, children age six (6) and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during gameplay.

    Our Ninja Mobile Trailer requires about 65 ft. of parking space, 12 ft. height clearance, and 9 ft. width (standard truck width). Please reserve the space with cones or markers at least 30 minutes before your event for setup.

    The trailer should be parked on a level surface, ideally along a curb, and may block a driveway but typically fits in front of most homes. If parking at a public location, such as a park, it’s the customer’s responsibility to obtain any required permits or authorizations.

    If parking space isn’t available upon arrival, delays may shorten the event time. Location inspections can be arranged in advance if needed.

    Because our mobile video game trailer is fully self-contained, it can be set up almost anywhere with sufficient level ground or parking space. Ideal locations include homes, parks, businesses, pools, schools, sports fields, churches, and community centers. Please note: the trailer must remain attached to the truck at all times and cannot be unhitched.

    For events held in public spaces, customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits or reservations. Ninja Mobile Events, LLC assumes no liability for fines or fees related to missing permits or venue restrictions.

    The mobile video game trailer is a fully self-contained unit. It has its own generator on board that provides power to run all of the game systems. Therefore, Ninja Mobile does not need to use your home power system to run the games.

    Ninja Mobile will provide a game technician/coach at each event to supervise gamers and all activities during the party or event, thereby keeping all gamers participating in the games, but any other entertainment provided by others at the party must be supervised by the host.

    Parents are always welcome to join in the fun, but one of the great advantages of our Ninja Mobile Trailer is that it’s hosted by a trained Game Coach. Game Coaches have a passion for gaming and their job is to lend expert advice, motivate, and manage your party. Though parents are free to relax inside the house or visit with friends while the guests play, we require that one responsible adult remain on site for the duration of the event, and if there are players under the age of 6, at least one (1) adult accompany them in the trailer.

    Because of the sensitive nature of the electronics inside the mobile video game trailer, no food, beverages, or chewing gum will be permitted inside the trailer.

    You can serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or interrupt any party or reservation when alcohol is being consumed in the trailer.
    Narcotic drugs of any kind will not be tolerated in or around the Ninja Mobile’s team.
    Any illegal narcotics used in the trailer will result in the termination of the party immediately.

    Ninja Mobile Trailer includes self-contained and insulated climate-controlled air-conditioning to keep gamers cool in hot weather and a heater to keep the gamers warm in cool weather.

    We offer a large selection of the latest and greatest multi-player games for Xbox X, Ps5, Nintendo switch, Virtual Reality and more. We are constantly updating our library of games, so if you have a specific request, call us prior to your event, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. 

    Yes, all reservations have deposit 50% of the total of the event. A valid credit card or debit card is required to book your reservation. 

    The balance of the cost of the event is due 48 hours before the event date. If you are scheduling an event less than 1 week in advance, Ninja Mobile Events, LLC will require full payment for the cost of the event on the date of you make the reservation.

    If due to unforeseen circumstances, Ninja Mobile Trailer is not available on the date of the event, Ninja Mobile will refund to you 100% of the prepaid cost for the event.

    If you have paid the full cost of the event and you wish to postpone a prepaid event, if you notify us of your desire to postpone the event no later than 3 days prior to the date of the prepaid scheduled event, Ninja Mobile will use best efforts to accommodate you to a later available date no longer than 30 days from the original scheduled date. Ninja Gamers Mobile, at its sole discretion, will select the date for re-scheduled event.

    In the event of severe weather (Snow, tropical storms, lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains) Ninja Mobile may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your event to guarantee the safety of the gamers and your guests.

    Ninja Mobile nor any of its employees shall be responsible for any damage to ground and below ground property or equipment resulting from a request by the client to position the mobile video game trailer in a specific location.

    Ninja Mobile reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the mobile video game trailer resulting from the careless or willful damage by the client and/or the client’s guests.

    Ninja Mobile or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
